For 'Grateful' I drew inspiration from my journey recovering from drug addiction. Gratitude is one of the core principles of 12 step recovery fellowships and learning to adopt a more grateful mindset has significantly impacted my outlook on life. I'm now over 6 years clean from drugs and alcohol, which is something I'm deeply grateful for and don't take for granted.
