All of our prints are made to order, which means each item is produced specifically for you once your purchase is complete. For that reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Please email us at robinajder@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Once we’ve verified the issue, we’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Replacements Only

We issue replacements, not refunds, for faulty or damaged items. This policy helps us keep prices fair and avoid unnecessary waste from returns.
